dreamstime_s_12566204Today is a day dedicated to all dishes with pastry, We guide you through the assortment of different pastries and make some great dishes using the pastry you have made. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Goats Cheese and Red Onion Filo Tart Tatin
Pork  & Apple Pie with Hot Water Pastry
Deep Filled Tomato Saffron & Parmasan Tartlets
Crab,Watercress and Horseradish en Croute
Plum & Sour Cream Tart
Salted Caramel Profiteroles

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate Knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavours.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
