Pork Cutlets with Spiced Butter
Lemon Crumbed Schnitzel with Celeriac Remoularde
Sticky Barbecue and ginger ribs
Bacon Wrapped Maple Pork with Figs
5 Spiced Braised Belly Pork
Sage Pork with Mustard Butter
Texan Coffee Rubbed Pulled Pork
Pork Apple and Thyme Meatballs

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate                                                                                                                                   Knife sharpening and knife skills.                                                                                                                                 Seasoning, balancing flavours.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
