No fishy tales here just great recipes the freshest local fish and shell-fish  our sea has to offer, We love the fish courses,we teach you fish know how,how to fillet,descale and dress your fish and seafood ready for cooking,Then you create gorgeous recipes we have developed for you. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Poached Miso Cod with Asian Broth
Hake with Cannolini Beans, Spinach & Green Sauce
Turmeric Hake with Rice Noodles & Herbs
Pan Fried Sea Bass with Brown Crab & Chive Butter
Sweet & Sour Prawns
Crab Cakes with Pink Grapefruit Mayonnaise

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate knife sharpening and knife skills. Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how,handy hints and proven shortcuts.
