Oh how we all love a good sausage! Today you have the chance to make sausages and salamis to suit you , sausages made with the best pork and beef , from chipolata to Cumberland ,fabulous flavours & seasoning, Salami is a generic term to describe a huge variety of Italian cured sausage. Nduja is a spicy pork pate from Calabria, Salami & Nduja is a long term project that require patience and care, but the rewards will be immense.

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate
Knife sharpening and knife skills.
Seasoning and balancing flavors.
Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
Preparation and timing skills.
