No fishy tales here just great recipes freshest fish and fantastic recipes using the best fish and seafood our sea has to offer. We love the fish courses & teach you fish know how, how to fillet, descale and dress your fish and seafood ready for cooking, Then you create gorgeous recipes we have developed for you. Here is a selection of dishes you could be cooking.

Panfried Mackerel fillets with Pear & Pomegranate Slaw
Wild Salmon with Feta,Lemon & Spring Onion Crust
Fillet of Sea Bass on Provencal Lentils
Thai Fish Cakes with Yozo Dipping Sauce
Swedish Fish Stew
Spiced Seafood Rice

The day starts with morning coffee in the demo kitchen followed by the demonstration of all the dishes you will be cooking. Full hands on cooking throughout the day in your own kitchens at your own pace with a break for lunch. All the dishes you create will be taken home.

Also during the day we will demonstrate,
Knife sharperning & knife skills
Seasonings and balancing flovours
Kitchen know-how and handy shortcuts
Timing and preparation skills.

Nothing to bring on the day except yourself.
