Brilliant time saving dishes that are so versatile they can be made or prepped ahead of time and doubled up to serve a crowd, They are lighter dishes too for those days you need a lighter supper. Here is a section of dishes you could be cooking,

Pan seared Teriyaki Salmon stir fry
War lentil and beetroot salad
Smoked Haddock Risotto
Roasted red onion walnut and blue cheese pasta
Ham fresh fennel slaw and spicy avocado wraps
Baked Fish with mushroom and kale basmati pilaf
Warm roasted cauliflower sweet potato and quinoa salad

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.

Also during the day we will demonstrate
Knife sharpening and knife skills.
Seasoning balancing & flavours. Kitchen know-how, handy hints and proven shortcuts.
