With the emphasis on sun ripened vegetables,seafood,fresh herbs and a several helping of olive oil in every dish, traditional provencal cuisine blends intense flavours and simple ingredients, today we make delicous Southern French dishes which taste of sunshine,

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all  dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes that are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and newfound skills.
