Event Details

It is time to take bread off the side of the plate and beck where it belongs. Bread making is a great skill to learn, creating beautiful, loaves, cobs ,rolls and baps from around the world is a great place to start. Here are some of the terrific breads you could be baking

The day starts with morning tea and coffee in the demo kitchen, followed by the demonstration of all the dishes we will be cooking. Full hands on cooking through out the day. Lunch is all the gorgeous dishes which are demonstrated. All the dishes you create you take home to showcase your beautiful dishes and new found skills.
