The Arches cookery demo days are a great introduction to cooking healthy delasparagusicious modern dishes created for the busy lives we lead, during the cookery demo we will show you some fabulous tasty dishes ready in a jiffy ,so delicious and healthy, during the session
there will be tastings and samplingof  the dishes cooked.

We will also show you knife sharpening & knife skills , seasonings, balancing dishes ,flavours and produce know how and cookery methods.

The day starts at 11 am with morning tea coffee and cake, followed by the cookery demo.

The day fisnishes at 2 pm

Beautiful grassy olive oils simple meats and fish,bergamont citrus and of course spicy salami a festival for the plate, here is a selection of recipies you could be cookin
