We love baking bread at the Arches, the whole process is so rewarding proving kneading knocking back baking and the joy of taking your breads out of the oven & eating warm home baked bread is wonderful. Demo & Dine Valentine Supper

Time: 7:00pm - 10:00pm

We have created a gorgeous  supper with romance and amazing food. A little different than sat on table for two in a semi dark restraunt surrounded by other couples, the evening starts at 7 pm with a cold glass of Champagne and Hors d'oeuvres, you will be seated in the demo kitchen where amazing dishes will be cooked right in front of you using local produce from the sea and land. Sarah will create a fabulous 5 dish supper for you, pared with amazing wines served with supper. Lots of kitchen know-how,  knife skills seasoning balancing dishes. Supper will be served in our beautiful Mill Room where you can relax and enjoy supper with your valentine.

Junior Masterchef

Today  is for the older children who have a little kitchen know-how and want to extend their cookery skills to the next level, we will use local seasonal produce to create fabulous dishes from scratch, and hone new  techniques ,cookery , knife skills, seasoning ,balancing and timings to create amazing dishes . This course is a must for the budding chef.

Age 12 -16 years old.

Parents can stay or  go adventuring along the coast or on the moors. While the children get down to some serious cooking.
