chocolate_truffleTeaching the kids to cook is a nessecity, we can help them to be confident in the kitchen and introduce them to new skills foods and cooking methods which will last them a life time. we will have a fun day starting with knife skills and kitchen know how, through out the day we will use different cooking teqniques, work on flavours and seasonings and have a fun time creating lunch.

Age 12 to 15 year old
Children can be left with parents permission or you can stay and see the Junior Chefs in action.

No Food intolernces or nut allergies can be catered for on this cookery course.

Living on this beautiful coastline we have the pick of the best fish and shellfish the North Sea has to offer, All the fish which is supplied is sustainable .We will show you different varieties of fish and shell fish. How to choose the best and freshest fish and the difference between wild and farmed varieties, we will also introduce you to the new lesser familiar fish offered by your fish monger. We will have a go, de-scaling, filleting, dressing, shelling and preparing fish and shellfish ready for you to cook. Here is an example of what you could be cooking.
