Today is for the older children who have a little kitchen know-how and want to extend their cookery skills to the next level, we will use local seasonal produce to create fabulous dishes from scratch, and hone new techniques ,cookery , knife skills, seasoning ,balancing and timings to create amazing dishes . This course is a must for the budding chef.
