Sarah Muir has been cooking for rock royalty for over twenty years. As a
classically trained cook, she has worked in every corner of the world creating
and serving food that meets the most demanding and exacting of standards. Sarah
is a stickler for quality and only uses the freshest, seasonal produce. She is
also a great advocate of local food and wherever possible, will work with local
producers to turn their raw materials into food wonders.Sarah is the grand doyenne of catering to the stars and has worked with everyone from Radiohead to George Michael via Bob Dylan and The Prodigy. Now Sarah is bringing her considerable talents to a completely different audience. The Arches Cookery School at Grinkle offers easily accessible courses to bring rock star catering to the individual at home.
